Guardians of the Children of the Earth Seeking their soul Even before birth. Some die young In a darkened womb For them this world Has no room. Those who survive The foetal grave Are born to become Someone’s slave. Eagerly they search For a guiding light To help them through The earthly night. Their soul is sought At any cost By worldly heroes Who themselves are lost. Follow me I’ll light your way I’ll sing you songs You’ll want to stay. I’m a soul stealer Sent from below I’ll disciple you Come on, lets go. The path is littered With the dead Who fed on the poison Of what the ‘shepherds’ said. Those who fall To an earthly grave By hell’s hero’s Are counted brave. Despite the corpses And living dead Still they follow Where they are lead. They cause the downward climb To somehow glitter Covering over the slease and slime Glorifying the trough of the swine. Shepherds of The lost generation Always providing A new sensation. Don’t despair! We have the light The power from above To give them sight. Don’t leave them dying In the pig’s trough Don’t surrender them To Satan’s wrath. The Good Shepherd Died for the sheep The sin they sowed He came to reap. He’s paid the price So they can live All their sin He can forgive. To you and I He looks today To show the children A better way. We can save them If we try Expose, with truth, The devil’s lie. For this Losing generation We have the True Revelation. Who will enter The children’s night To save the blind To give them sight. The fight for life Begins in the womb Who will fight To give them room. Jesus is the Living Light Who died to save The children of night. So dawn could light Their darkened way To make them Children of the Day.
